Return & Exchange Policy
Our Commitment We want you to love your Royal Vizions purchase! Each item is custom-made to order with premium materials and care.
Returns & Exchanges If there's an issue with your order, please contact us at support@royalvizions.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll make it right!
Eligible Returns:
- Items with printing defects or errors
- Damaged items received
- Wrong item sent
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging preferred
- Photos of defects may be requested
Non-Returnable Items: Since each piece is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart)
- Normal wear and tear
- Items worn, washed, or altered
Process:
- Email us at support@royalvizions.com with your order number
- We'll provide return instructions if eligible
- Approved returns receive full refund to original payment method
- Exchanges processed as new orders
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
