Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment We want you to love your Royal Vizions purchase! Each item is custom-made to order with premium materials and care.

Returns & Exchanges If there's an issue with your order, please contact us at support@royalvizions.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll make it right!

Eligible Returns:

  • Items with printing defects or errors
  • Damaged items received
  • Wrong item sent

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging preferred
  • Photos of defects may be requested

Non-Returnable Items: Since each piece is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items worn, washed, or altered

Process:

  1. Email us at support@royalvizions.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide return instructions if eligible
  3. Approved returns receive full refund to original payment method
  4. Exchanges processed as new orders

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
